Extra-special 2 story cabin home nestled privately in its' own magical setting. Wraparound deck and window of wonder to the great southwest in the great room shares its' lake views and daily sunsets that are sure to bring awe and wonder. 3 bedrooms (each bedroom has a queen size bed), 2 1/2 baths (2,000 sq feet). Great layout - the master is on main level and bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the 2nd level with their own bedroom. Truly special if you want to escape and have privacy, or maybe you want to fish, visit Mesa Verde, Telluride or Durango - whatever your wish, this home holds the key.. Just 2 miles from McPhee marina and loading ramp (awesome fishing), 10 miles to Dolores/Cortez, 50 miles to Durango or Telluride. Note: 2.5 miles on a well-maintained 2 mile gravel dirt road to get to home. Fireplace cannot be used.
