You'll have your own private entrance to this fully remodeled apartment. And we're close to everything: a Whole Foods brand grocery store right around the corner, restaurants, bars, and Cheesman Park are close. Free street parking.
The space
You're one block from the a city bus stop or a cheap Uber/Lyft ride anywhere in the city. Cheesman Park, concert venues, restaurants, bars: all within walking distance.
In the basement apartment, you’ll have cable, a smart tv, amazon prime, and everything you need to relax. But, we are close to all sorts of fun stuff in Denver!
The apartment has a separate entrance and is easy to find. The space has one bedroom, one bath, a kitchen, and a large living room with a great couch. You’ll have access to a washer and dryer so you can wash clothes if you come for a longer stay. We live upstairs so you will hear us coming and going (it's an old house). However, you won't see us at all unless you need something. Please do not hesitate to use the Airbnb app to contact us at any time.
Guest access
The apartment has its own entry via the side entrance with a keypad and guest will have access to the laundry room and the front back patio. Street parking only, which can be tough at night.
Your check-in instructions will be available through the app with a code to the keyless entry. When you leave, just pull the door shut behind you. No CHORES!
Other things to note
Marijuana is legal in Colorado. Feel free to partake but no smoking or vaping inside the apartment.
Street parking can be really tough in Capitol Hill if you arrive late at night. We do not provide parking for guests. Street parking is free. Our neighborhood is walkable so you probably won’t even need a car for your stay. Public transportation in Denver is also reliable and safe.

Summary: This little apartment is just the best! The hosts have thought of everything down to the fine details! The apartment is close to so many things in Denver and seems to be in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with the host too! Overall 10/10 recommend!
