This level also has a powder room, a large laundry room and a deck off of the family room with views to the mountains and over the town of Lyons. The house has great privacy within but also has great viewing of the happenings in town from the decks.
The third level (great to have an elevator!) has the master suite complete with a large soaking tub, separate shower, large walk-in closet, toilet closet and a deck with views that are hard to beat.
