We have a cozy, remodeled home in a nice neighborhood with many amenities; numerous restaurants, microbreweries, grocery stores, medical facilities, movie theaters, and more! We are looking for the right person, or couple, to enjoy our home while I am on a traveling Nurse assignment. Rent includes all utilities, WIFI, and cable are included. There is garage space for one car and a large drive for additional parking. We pay the neighbor to provide snow removal. Guest will have the upstairs living area, queen bed, full bath, big screen TV, new appliances in the kitchen, and a twin bed and bath downstairs for an occasional guest. We ask that any guests staying longer than three nights be approved prior to arrival and will pay $45/night beyond the three nights. House rules: NO smoking inside or outside the home. Our house is clean and safe for people with allergies. We are next to a bike path for walking and biking. Guest will be asked to put out the trash and recycle as needed, and a cash credit will be given for watering our plants. Thank you!
