Enjoy the serene outdoors Nestled up the pristine Chetco River. You will find yourself amongst the trees and ferns on 17 acres of river front property.

Amazing fishing and no neighbors is a definite plus.
If you’re wanting the Hilton this ain’t it! This is roughing it there’s NO Hot water, air conditioning or tv so you will need to find your entertainment outside.

The space
This is an off grid cabin
You’ll need to be able to handle the wilderness, know how to start your own fire and be ok with your "au natural" odor (no hot water).
Bring flashlights (cell phone) or headlamp, it gets dark in the woods.
Be OK with using a cooler as a fridge, and washing your dishes by hand. You’ll have two camp stoves to cook on.
There’s one bedroom and a loft upstairs, the only source of heat is from the woodstove. You’ll need to know how to start the generator to get the lights working, and the water pumping.
Sometimes the road is difficult to navigate. A 4x4 is strongly recommend.
Get ready to wake up and catch the biggest fish just down the hill from the cabin. Forage for mushrooms, write a love letter or just take a nap. Either way, the surrounding beautiful forest has many adventures awaiting.
*The river bar is enjoyed by myself and extended family. We don’t mind sharing this beautiful spot, please respect it do not litter, or pollute the water.
