One of the best locations in Frisco! This home is nestled against 10 mile loop and is walking distance to Main Street! . At 9,097 feet of elevation, you are in the Rockies - walking distance to the bus stop to Copper, and Breckenridge.
We have a hot tub, grill, board games , WII, TVs in each room a fireplace and multiple outdoor entertaining areas! We have 5 bedrooms with a loft being included, 1 King bed, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin bunkbeds. We are small dog friendly! Be our Guest!

The Open Floor Plan in our home is perfect for enjoying time together as a group cozying up by the fireplace or playing board games downstairs. Walk right outside the kitchen to the Ten Mile Recpath. Help yourself to our grill, and patio area and relax in the hot tub.

Other Things to Note:
Parking at Mount Royal Lodge is limited to 4 spots. Please only park in the driveway. No street parking is allowed in the neighborhood.
If at all possible, we can try and accommodate guests to check in early and check out later than the listed times.
Please do not leave any food or trash on the deck. The trash bin is located outside the home against the garage.
