Summary: As soon as I arrived I was asked about the cleanliness, which at first glance looked ok. After further inspection, however, we started noticing that there were stains on the walls and ceilings as if a party had been thrown there recently with what looked like silly string and drinks still visible. Then there were the downstairs bathrooms that had about a foot step up to get into them. I brought my elderly mother and chose this rental because of the downstairs bedrooms, but there was no way she could use the shower. Then the upstairs bathtub only had hot water working and the fan and light were connected so you couldnt use the fan if you turned out the lights. Then the master bedrooms tv would not work or the downstairs tv which i contacted vacasa several times about and they gave me the run around saying they sent someone out to fix ot, but actually never did. We also tried to cook burgers on the grill outside the first night and it was so dirty it caught the burgers on fire. Luckily my husband is a volunteer fire fighter and was able to avoid having the whole thing catch fire. For the money we paid for this rental, it was definitely not work it and i would not recommend to others!
