Each room in the condo has full ocean views and access to the balcony. The primary suite has a full bed with private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is an association pool, sauna, gym, elevator, and off-street parking. There is central AC and all utilities are included for the summer months.
The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen, linens for two bedrooms with full beds, laundry in the unit and a private balcony. To its guests the association offers a gym, sauna, secured lobby, pool and beach showers. Additional amenities like surf boards, kayaks, and bikes are available through our affiliates.
There are no pets allowed in the condo building.
