Exposed brick and high ceilings throughout the property make this loft great for socializing and gathering with friends and family. Access the unit through the private ground-level front door or directly from the garage. The unit has a private deck with an outdoor couch and table for guests to utilize during their stay. Light Rail and Union Station can also be readily accessed from this area.
Our property is located at the crossroads of the most popular neighborhoods in Denver. We are located 2 blocks off of Larimer which is the hottest strip in town lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. Please note, there are a number of shelters located in the immediate area providing services to those down on their luck. If you are uncomfortable with urban settings or traveling with kids, we do not recommend our property or neighborhood. We suggest you reserve a place outside of downtown. Regardless of where you stay, we always encourage our guests to walk in groups and taxi late at night. Happy to answer any questions!
