This modern unit was beautifully renovated and decorated to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Perfect for a weekend getaway in Cleveland or long term housing needs.
Wifi and TV's are included however, I do not supply any streaming services and you will have to login and logout when you leave.
Please be mindful of other tenants at the property, especially if you have a pet as everyone comes from different backgrounds.
IMPORTANT- This neighborhood is very central and quite active. It is in the city so there is a lot of different people from different backgrounds walking around. It's important to be mindful of your surroundings and to keep any vehicles/packages/doors properly secured to avoid any possible safety issues.
Let me know if you have a special request. I'd be more than happy to set up some items for you to make the trip extra special. (Upon request, I can purchase and set up decor/chapagne/cake/etc. and you will only have to cover the cost of the items :))
*NOTE* You will be charged an additional $25 dollar fee if the unit is left overly dirty. This means left over decorations, trash everywhere, or anything over "regular living".

Free parking in the private parking lot behind the building (first come first serve) however, if you have more than 2 cars, the parking may be limited. Fenced in dog park right outside the door!
The coin laundry rooms are located in the main building, on the second floor and down the hallway (approx 20 stairs).
Security cameras are posted all around the exterior of each building and in every hallway for added security.
Fully furnished unit with a full kitchen, toiletries, cleaning items, board games, popular novels and childrens books, two 50-55in TV's, themed decor, a comfortable sectional, and a queen airmattress.
