This cute condo is located just west of downtown / Pearl St. Mall near Settlers Park. It was completely remodeled in 2018. There are tennis courts right next door. It is easy to access the hiking trails at Red Rocks, Sanitas, Eben G. Fine Park, and the Boulder Creek Bike Path.
This is a quiet neighborhood, not appropriate for parties or loud groups.

The main floor is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also a half-bath and double doors out to the deck. The deck area has a lovely garden and patio table.
UPSTAIRS
Up one level is the master bedroom with queen bed, TV, bathroom, and huge walk-in closet.
One more level up is a 2nd bedroom with queen bed, closet, and vaulted ceiling. This bedroom has no TV, and the bathroom is shared.

Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom with queen bed, separate sitting area with TV, and bathroom.
