Four king bedrooms each with a private bath plus a bunk room provide flexible sleeping for families and larger groups. Upper and lower decks offer outdoor gathering space. Fire pit with wood near the water. Easy access to a nearby boat ramp and direct water routes toward Jump Rock and the Ritz Carlton.
This five bedroom four and a half bath Lake Oconee home is set in a quiet cove with direct water access and a large private dock that supports swimming fishing paddleboarding and kayaking. The cove connects easily to open lake areas while keeping dock activity calm.
Sleeping arrangements include four king bedrooms each with a private bath. A separate bunk room with four twin beds provides additional flexibility. Bedrooms are spaced to allow privacy across the home.
Outdoor areas include upper and lower decks with seating throughout the day. Near the water the fire pit serves as a natural gathering area with wood provided.
