During downtime spent inside, spread out in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV, play family games, or snuggle up next to the two-story gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa in hand. Plus, the loft area with oversized sectional and 4K tv provides additional space for those times when everyone wants to spread out and watch a movie, game, or simply read a book in peace. For those traveling with kids, under the stairs and adjacent to the main living area is a special ‘Kids Retreat’ filled with bean bags, fun lighting, toys, and activities to keep them busy for hours.
When everyone builds up an appetite, use the stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, under-cabinet lighting, and center prep island of the full kitchen to prepare tonight's home-cooked meal. You can serve up to six people at the handsome dining table and there are four extra spaces at the kitchen island. Afterward, let the dishwasher handle all the cleanup while you gather around the deck's firepit for an evening of good conversation.
This home includes three well-appointed bedrooms, the main level bedroom with patio access, and an en-suite bath. The upstairs level includes an extra entertainment space, perfect for older kids, and there is plenty of space around the home for the little ones to run around. There is also a kid retreat area located on the first floor, which is one of the highlights of the home! Parents will be grateful for the many activities to keep their little ones occupied, including a colorful magnet wall, bean bags, games, toys, and so much more!
