Welcome to Deer Haven Bungalow! This historic cottage has been in the family since it was built in 1895! Lovingly restored in 2017 and styled in a charming western, retro theme. You will be within easy walking distance to the restaurants, shops, live music and attractions of downtown Cody. Feel at home staying at Deer Haven Bungalow!
You will feel like you are taking a step back in time entering the front porch. The cheery, eat in kitchen includes a sunny yellow table and full-size appliances. In the living room you'll find another dining or game table, comfortable sofa, and large television with Roku for streaming. Bedroom 1 is an alcove off the living room and features a queen bed and vintage furnishings. Bedroom 2 has room for the kids, or kids at heart with a twin bunk bed and sofa futon sleeper. The bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom and features a large walk-in tile shower, large vanity and a view into the back yard where you might find deer resting in the shade.
This little gem is located in Cody's downtown district just 2 blocks from the historic Irma hotel. Be sure to wander up there in the evening to enjoy the "shoot out" and live music on the porch and at various venues along main street. You can also catch the trolley tour of Cody or the nightly rodeo bus from the Irma porch.
