Only 12 minutes to Keystone and centrally located to hop between Summit County resort destinations. There is also a laundry room that provides plenty of gear storage - this house was built for mountain life!
Also, the location of this home is nearly perfect. Sits 1.5 miles from Interstate 70, yet is nestled in a private and secluded neighborhood. It's a very short walk or drive to the grocery store, REI Co-op, Walgreens and restaurants. Whole Foods, Walmart and additional restaurants are in nearby Frisco. So close to the resorts too: 6.5 miles to Keystone, 12 miles to Arapahoe Basin, 13 miles to Copper Mountain, 15 miles to Breckenridge, 32 miles to Vail and 42 miles to Beaver Creek. And for those who don't downhill ski, it's only 7 miles to Frisco Adventure Park which offers tubing, sledding and nordic skiing.
