The Space:
This home has 2 bedrooms (each has a queen bed), and one full bathroom.
The living room has a 55-inch 4K Samsung Smart TV, and Nebula Mars II Smart Projector, and there's Nintendo Retro NES emulator with 30 downloaded games.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval, and $50 pet fee per pet. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
Wifi is availble (no cable/satellite TV)
There is heat, and window air conditioning units (but no central A/C).

You'll probably want a car, but it isn't a 100% necessity. You're in town, so there are local buses and cab companies as well as ride share availability like Uber and Lyft, even delivery options like GrubHub. Please note, in the winter we suggest a 4 wheel drive vehicle for navigating mountain roads.
