Super cute and newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a very desirable neighborhood. 6 minutes from downtown Wauwatosa and 16 minutes to Fiserv Forum/downtown Milwaukee. House is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood but conveniently 3 minutes from the highway. Finished and comfortable basement, large back yard, and front patio. This is our house, not a rental so we probably have what you need, just ask!
Completely updated ranch with an open floor plan. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen and family room. One of the upstairs bedrooms is our daughters room with a crib but we will most happily remove the crib (and all kid belongings) and provide a queen bed if this is what you need.
Downstairs is very comfortable with bright lighting and includes a full bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed and large desk in addition to another family room with 2 couches and a large smart tv. Washer and dryer available upon request.
Front patio with seating overlooking beautifully landscaped yard. Large fenced in backyard with another patio and seating, 2 raised garden beds and large mature trees. BBQ grill and Fire-pit available upon request. Screened in breezeway for rainy nights.
