Our 2,800 square foot, 4 bedroom plus loft, 3 bath, custom home is situated on an acre and less then 3 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort.
Only 3 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 25 miles from historic downtown Durango, the residence offers privacy and seclusion and tons of amenities - large outdoor space/deck with a BBQ Grill, outdoor seating, gas firepit, 2 separate living spaces, super fast Starlink WIFI (100mbs), washer/dryer and 2 car garage.

2nd Bedroom - Queen (2nd/Main Floor)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
