My music studio is also in the condo (in a separate room from the rental) which I use one, sometimes two afternoons per week for piano and guitar practice. It has its own separate bathroom, but not a separate entrance. Both rooms are locked off when I'm not there and are not part of the rental.
Utilities, high-speed Internet, Smart TV, included. (No cable, but there is an antenna for local networks.)
