Standley Lake Regional Park is about 12 minutes away and offers hiking and gravel biking along a large lake with incredible views of the Front Range.

Additionally, smoking and vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property, and the no-smoking policy is strictly enforced with a $500 fee. For the safety of the owners and renters, there are also three security cameras, all located outside the home, to monitor each entrance. We also ask that quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am be respected in consideration of the owners living in the upstairs unit.
