The home is in historic Clark, Co, a small close knit community 30 minutes from Steamboat Springs. Clark offers dining out and the necessities at the famous Clark General Store, The Steamboat Outpost, and Hanns Peak Cafe. The mountain roads and driveway are maintained and groomed very well so getting to town or the ski mountain daily is a non issue. The rental is available during the snow season so an appropriate car is recommended.
The house sits in a beautiful hollow facing Sand Mountain and is 2000 sq ft with cove heating and a wood stove/fireplace. New Jenn Air appliances, washer and dryer. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a loft. One bedroom with a king bed. One bedroom with either king bed or two twin beds. Loft can be used with either a queen bed or twin.
