From sunrise to sunset, the view from the balcony will enhance the experience of your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Guests have access to the entire condo. The laundry room is coin-operated, and located at the end of the hallway, shared by other residents. The other hotel-style amenities are located in the Clubhouse and require your key/swipe card to enter. The key/swipe card is located in the drawer to the right of the kitchen sink.
Please note that the door to the condo is wood so in the summer it swells. Be sure to push hard to open it.
A small supply of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) & paper towels (1 roll in kitchen) are provided to get you started. Please plan to bring additional supplies as you see fit.
No parties. No smoking.
If you lose the club house key card, there will be a $70 replacement fee.
The closet at the end of the hallway is off limits for guests.
Limit 2 dogs per stay.
While we love your furry friends, we ask that you please keep them off of the furniture.
