This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath Denver getaway is nestled just 10 minutes away from Denver University and 10 minutes away from Cherry Creek State Park, so you'll have endless opportunities for adventure. Our space, while cozy and simple, provides each guest with everything they will need in order to have a comfortable and easy stay! When walking through the front door, you will first enter the living room. Just to your left you will see a small high top dinning table and just past that is our kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with basic and essential kitchen appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer but we also provide a microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker for our guests as well! Past the kitchen and living room you will find a small hall that leads you to the bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms contain a queen size bed and plenty of storage for clothing and personal items!
Our rental is located in the Jasmine Condominium Association which is a very friendly community made up of 200+ condo units spanning 4 buildings. As our guest, you will have full access to our space and the many other community focused amenities that the Jasmine Condominiums has to offer! Aside from our private 2 bedroom condo, you will have full access to our on-site laundry room and seasonal access to the community pool and game room as well as garden and basketball court! Our guests will have access to one reserved parking space, and there are several guest parking spaces in case you are traveling with additional vehicles!
