Your going to love this country living walk out private basement. It is a full house with a kitchen, dinning room, huge living room with a large wrap around couch. 2 bedrooms one that sleep 6 and one that sleeps 2 and 2 more sleeping areas if you want to sleep on the couch. Your pets can come with you. (2 max) It has a tall fenced in yard and a covered porch to sit and enjoy watching the horses as you rest and have a hot cup of beverage. 2 TV’s. A laundry room we share for a small fee of $5 a load.
How far away….
I’m a half hour east of the airport. There is a cute country grocery store, gas station and liquor store down the street. The main king scoopers store is 10 min away. (Off Bennett exit) Walmart and specialty stores and fast food only 15 min away. (off tower road exit) post office and park down the street. You will love taking a walk around the neighborhood lots of horses dogs and animals around to enjoy.
Guest access
Pull into the drive way and make a right in front of house the parking is on the back right side of house. Walk through the yard gate. Someday it will have a ramp and a covered parking spot for wheelchair access. The door locks from the inside. It will be unlocked for you the day you arrive.
Other things to note
I give rides to and from the airport for a $50 fee each way and give horse lessons and trail rides for $75 an hr oreach rider 2 hr minimum.
