The space
This place is a 3478 sqft modern house at a dead end cal-de-sac road. When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find that each of the four bedrooms is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed for a peaceful night's sleep. The two master bedrooms each features a king-sized bed with premium Casper mattress and en-suite bathroom, one of the masters boasting a spacious suite that includes a soaking tub. both bathrooms each has an art inspired modern mosaic walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality linens, plush pillows, and ample storage space.
Outside, you'll have access to about more than 40 acres are cleared and mowed and can be enjoyed by walking, playing in the yard, meditating or doing yoga outside.Perfect for hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature. If you want to stretch your legs a bit, there are miles a mowed trails.
For your safety, please do not into the wet land, forest and river area.
Our house is also conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away from several national parks, including the Lewisville Regional Park and the Salmon Creek National Park. Both of these beautiful parks offer a variety of outdoor activities, from hiking and biking to fishing and kayaking.

Guests will have use of the entire home, deck, drive way and private 54 acres of land.

Peace and wildlife is outside your front and back doors.
Though, keep in mind that you are in nature and there can be wild animals out there. We often see deer and wild coyote at our house, but the Hockinson area does have much bigger animals out there, so always be prepared and alert. There has been a cougar in the area in the spring of 2021.
