Stylish private lower level apartment. The unit is accessed via a shared entrance with the upstairs space but after going down 6 stairs you have your own private space.
LIVING ROOM- Expansive living area with a large, comfortable sofa, plush faux fur blankets, and incredible entertainment center featuring a Large Screen HD TV with full Dolby surround sound and Blue Ray player. Streaming Netflix and Amazon, as well as wifi are available free of charge. There are complementary martini and candy ‘bars' as well as numerous thoughtful touches throughout.
BEDROOMS- 2 beautiful bedrooms boasting the most comfortable beds in Boulder: queen mattresses fitted with designer 400+ thread count sheets, top of the line European featherbeds, and designer-selected furnishings.
BATHROOM- 1 full bath, clean and modern with brand new toilet and linens. Hair dryer, q-tips, soap and lotion provided.
This is my primary residence so I will likely be in and out of the home. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, I am happy to share favorite, running trails, bike paths, mountain bike trails, skiing areas, favorite eating and water holes. I love to interact with each guest, but also give you the privacy you need to make it a good stay.
Neighborhood and Boulder details:
*Quiet South Boulder neighborhood. The home has close access to the most extensive mountain hiking trail systems in Boulder County. Hike the trails to Eldorado Canyon, the Flatirons, Boulder creek, or to the historic Chautauqua Park, all virtually out the front door from the home, and drink and dine downtown, just 10 minutes away!
*Take the Skip bus which is a 5 minute walk to get directly to downtown and connects with the Boulder Bus system.
*It's a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and numerous South Boulder Restaurants.
*Local ski area (Eldora), with both downhill and extensive secluded cross country and skate skiing trail system, is only 45 minutes away and major ski areas, including Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland are a 1 to 1 ½ hour drive. Only 45 minutes from Denver International Airport (DEN) and 1 mile from direct bus line to the airport.
Entrance is through the main entrance of the house and is a shared entrance. Access to washer and dryer, shared with owner. Outside deck with grill.
