Welcome to your cozy carriage house in Denver's popular Congress Park neighborhood. Perfect for a vacation or business trip. The space is minutes from Downtown Denver and just a few blocks to many famous Denver sites such as the restaurants and music venues of Colfax, City Park, Cheesman Park, Congress Park and Cherry Creek North neighborhood and shopping mall.
The space is a warm and cozy carriage house. There are no shared walls with any one else, just your own private little place. It is located on a busier street, that is quieter in the late evening, but traffic noise can be heard. We have added earplugs and a white noise machine for those who are sensitive to the street noise. The house has a small kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker and large toaster oven. It can sleep up to 3-4 comfortably with a queen sized bed and full sized pull out couch with a memory foam mattress. There is a secure private entrance with an electronic keypad, so no need to have keys. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi as well. The main house and carriage house were built in 1924 and we've made recent updates to the space. The wood floors are original and so is the crown molding.
