Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood a pleasant one mile walk from all the shops, restaurants, and open air music festivals of downtown, our family bungalow is an open, 1700 square foot main level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Abundant sunshine through large, beautiful windows with expansive views of the Rockies. A comfy place to gather for home-cooked meals, movies, game nights, campfires, or even a sing-along around the piano.
AMENITIES: This home is unique, as it is stocked for family fun! An electric piano, wifi, smart TV, board games, read-aloud books, a toy basket, train set, dollhouse, baby highchair, folding kids' camp chairs, kiddie pool, and more.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Roast hot dogs and marshmallows out front in the fire pit, or watch the sun set over the mountains on the back deck while the kids run in the grass. Deck chairs, folding tables, and unbreakable dishware expand your options for al fresco dining.
BEDS & BATHS: High quality, comfortable beds and linens throughout. Bedroom 1: Queen. Bedroom 2: Queen. Bedroom 3 Master Suite: King Bed, walk-in closet, bay window seat, and adjoining full bathroom with garden tub. A second full bathroom between first two bedrooms. Queen airbed available upon request for up to 8 guests.
KITCHEN: Well stocked kitchen includes Keurig Duo for coffee, slow cooker, Instant Pot, microwave, stove, oven, blender, food processor, Dutch oven, a wide variety of dishes, and much more to help serve any cook's culinary needs. Lots of counter space, plus island bar. Coffee pods, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and spices are provided. Kitchen also includes an all-in-one washer/dryer combo.
NEIGHBORS: A quiet, lovely lady and her daughter live in the private basement suite below, so you may see them give a wave sometime during your stay. Shared back door, shared backyard, 100% private main level home for Bungalow guests.
PARKING: Please park on the left-hand side of the driveway; accommodates two cars.
