Comfy home away from home. Convenient location near Colorado College, Monument Valley City Park with stunning views of Pikes Peak. 3 bed, one bath, full kitchen, living room, dining nook, and study area. Guests have access to one complete floor of my home.
The space has a private entrance and is located on the basement floor. Approximately 1300 sq.ft of living space.
Interaction with guests - I enjoy interacting with guests when they desire. I'm available for any questions or concerns via text or phone.
The Neighborhood - My home is close to the historic North End with its beautiful Victorian homes. We are centrally located to the area's most frequented tourist sites: 10 mins drive from Garden of the Gods, 15 mins from the AF Academy, 5 mins from the Olympic Training Center, 20 mins from Seven Falls and the Broadmoor Hotel. Monument Valley Park and its river are parallel to the property with a great trail for running, jogging or casual walks and picnics. The view of the mountains is stunning, especially at sunset!
Getting Around - A city bus route is easily accessible, just a 1 1/2 block walk. Taxi and Uber services are also available.
Other Things to Note - There is a patio which guests are welcome to use. In summer, the flower garden is beautiful. Feel free to roam around and enjoy my yard.
