It's walking distance to charming Downtown Loveland, with several restaurants, breweries, shops, museums, Historic Rialto Theatre, Foot Lagoon and The Foundry Venues, for concerts, festivals and pop-up markets. Sprouts and Natural Grocers are nearby. This is a great base camp for enjoying day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder, Greeley and Cheyenne. The studio includes a queen bed, kitchenette, eat at island, fridge, sink, microwave, drip coffee maker, frother, single burner hotplate and H2O kettle. The bathroom is clean & spacious with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. there is also a large closet. The Backyard is very large (1/2 acre) w/sitting and smoking areas, (seasonal) outdoor eating area, Blackstone flattop grill/griddle, seasonal gardens, play/run area for pets and a fire pit for those cool Colorado evenings. Free on site parking. **NOTE** If needed and if available, there is an additional short term rental on the same property, it is separate from this studio.
