Positive: Very great host ! Great place! Neighborhood was excellent. I would stay again and again. Very clean comfortable bedding great space for three kids and two adults. Games and snacks were left for kids that was awesome! Definitely worth the money better than hotel by far!!!

Negative: Booking website has pictures of the house and at the bottom there’s a statement that says the whole place is yours when it’s only the basement so I did get excited for that but when got there it was only the basement. Not owners fault they do say cozy basement, but I overlooked that when I seen “you’ll get whole place.” You can hear a lot from the upstairs guest luckily we had two different guest upstairs that were really good guest not too much running around late at nigh.
