Welcome to the Breck Bicycle House, a delightful 4-bedroom pet-friendly home located 1 mile from the Breckenridge Main Street and the BreckConnect Gondola. The newly remodeled Breck Bicycle House features expansive outdoor space, a private hot tub, two living areas, and plenty of natural light spilling throughout the home.
Enter through the front door and step into the cozy living area complete with a leather sectional sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and large television. The living area is a perfect space to relax beside the fire and enjoy a favorite movie or keep an eye on the big game.
Adjacent to the living area sits the professionally equipped kitchen where everyone will love to gather. The kitchen is complete with an expansive workspace, gas range, and center island with seating. The kitchen opens to the dining area with seating for 8 at a bistro-style table with stools.
Opposite the dining area, the kitchen opens to a cozy family room – an excellent space to enjoy the snowfall through the sliding glass doors – or sip on a glass of wine while reliving the day’s adventures. The sofa is also a queen-sized sleeper for additional sleeping options. The private outdoor hot tub sits through the sliding glass doors and will become a welcomed evening ritual to revive sore muscles and stargaze.
The main level is home to a queen bedroom with access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level. The primary king suite features a king bed, television, mountain views, and a large bathroom complete with dual vanity, a walk-in steam shower, and jetted tub. Another queen bedroom and twin room share a hall bath. A washer and dryer are located within the upper-level hall bath.
The Breck Bicycle House features two decks and a large yard surrounded by towering pine trees. In the summer months, enjoy outdoor dining on the deck or a friendly game of horseshoes in the yard.

4-WHEEL DRIVE IS REQUIRED IN THE WINTER MONTHS

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it?
