This beautifully decorated and charming 2 bedroom home is located in the heart of Laramie’s tree area- just 4 blocks south of the University of Wyoming. The Cottonwood Cottage was built in 1927 with many vintage features still remaining – original dining room built-in corner cabinets, arched ceiling in living room, bathroom with original decorative tiles, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
The home is fully furnished with bedroom and bathroom linens, hair dryer and iron. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, spices, baking and cooking pans, coffee maker, flat top stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for 4. In the living room you will find a 42" TV and free WIFI, card and board games are also available. The bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer.

Public transportation can be found at several bus stops around the University.
You will find within 15-45 miles wonderful hiking and biking trails, fishing, camping, skiing (Snowy Range Ski Area), and snowmobiling. Vedauwoo is a spectacular and very unique area to hike or picnic and only 15 minutes from Laramie. We are located just 2 hours from the Denver International Airport. Laramie is a great place to stay during Cheyenne’s Frontier Days as housing can be difficult to find in Cheyenne (only 45 miles).
