This immaculately redone historic carriage house sits on our 1-acre lot (the largest intact single-family lot left in Denver). Our property has huge vegetable and flower gardens, a private pergola for outdoor meals, an outdoor gas fire pit, a private pickleball court (seriously) and a large in-ground hot tub available to long-term stay guests. The house is super charming with blazing fast wifi, surround sound projection screen tv, full kitchen and all of the serenity and privacy you'd want. All within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and only 1.5 miles from downtown.We regularly host remote workers, grandparents in town for visits, and folks just checking out Denver, our mountains or a show at nearby Red Rocks.
