There is also a queen sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. This apartment is 600 square feet. It can sleep 6 but it will be cozy.

There is a dedicated parking space and private entrance. Spring Creek trail is literally steps away. There is a park with a playground for kids just down the street. Grocery store, coffee shops, gas station and banks are within walking distance and Fort Collins new artisan village, Jessup Farms is within biking distance. We recommend checking out The Farmhouse farm to table restaurant, bring the kids and feed the chickens! Bindle Coffee and the Barrel House Brewery are definitely worth checking out.
