When you dream of your Colorado Mountain family vacation, this chalet in the woods is as far as you need to look!
Whether you want to spend the day on the slopes in the winter or hike a 14er or many popular trails in the summer, coming home to our chalet will be a highlight and have you dreaming of the next time you can come back, stay, and play.
We are dog friendly!
We will collect $50 per dog per night that is non-refundable.
There is a max. limit of 2 dogs, weighing less than 100 pounds each.
By booking you agree to us collecting up to an additonal $500, if necessary, for any damages caused by the dog during your stay.
Our Welcome Book will have a page for your furry friend that we ask you read when you arrive.
Some of our Dogs Rule! House Rules are ...
1. You clean up after your dog outside
2. Dogs must be in a crate (we provide 2) when you are not home
3. When outside dogs must be leashed
4. Dogs are welcome to make themselves at home but we ask they not get on the furniture or beds.
Our chalet mountain home is in the quiet woods yet close to everything!
Located only 3 miles out of historic downtown Breckenridge and its world-class Breckenridge Ski Resort, you can enjoy the town and its many popular Eateries and Boutique Shops and at the end of a day of play, leave the crowds behind and head home to Blue River and our chalet surrounded by pines and views of the mountains. You can park up to 3 cars in the driveway or take advantage of the free bus transit system, The Summit Stage Blue River Route.
The open floor plan allows you to gather together or spread out and rest, relax, and recharge. Sit by the gas wood burner in the living room staring into the flames or feel the warmth of the heat from the burner in the kitchen and dining room as well.
The living room has large picture windows that allow the high-elevation sunshine to pour in while you look at the pines and bluebird sky. There is plenty of seating on-the-cozy large L-couch while you stream your personal apps on the flat-screen TV.
Gather at the dining table that seats 8, for family meals or grab a quick bite while sitting at the kitchen island.
The kitchen is fully equipped with almost anything you will need to create a feast and you have the bonus of a large gas grill on the deck. You simply need to bring your food and favorite beverages.
Throughout most of the year, the large deck will become another living space for you to enjoy with Adirondack chairs surrounding a gas-flamed fire pit. Take advantage of the gas grill and of course, soak in the private hot tub under the starry skies. There is even a wall-mounted TV for your pleasure.
3 Bed- 3 bath Master Ensuite Queen Bedroom (Bathroom with tub-shower combo) Queen Bedroom with full bath across the hall (shower) Pyramid Bunk Bed (Full on bottom/twin on top) with a tri-fold twin mattress stored in the closet for the 8th guest. Full bath with tub-shower combo across the hall.
The inviting 2nd floor Family Room has a large screen TV you can stream your personal apps on. There are lots of games to enjoy together and a desk to work remotely at if you must, but we hope not!
