Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. It's 2 blocks from the mountain trails and walking distance to the downtown Boulder. Enjoy the mountain views and the natural surroundings in one of the best quiet neighborhoods in Boulder. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The 1000 sq ft cottage, although small, has its own laundry and everything you need to be comfortable.
The space
The sunny small yellow cottage fronts the street. It was built for local miners in 1905. In addition to the two bedrooms, kitchen dining, livingroom and laundry, there is a dedicated office space with wifi and basic cable. All linens and kitchen necessities are provided as are the utilities.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house and the side yard. There is street parking and space is always available. I live in the house at the back of the lot, so am available if you need anything.
