There are two queen beds and one full bed.
Enjoy a moderate hike to Vernooy kill falls. The house is set at a high elevation and offers views of the Catskill mountains.
Sundown is also centrally located to Lake Minnewaska, Stone Ridge, Rosendale, Ashokan Reservoir, Woodstock and New Paltz.
It is on a private community road.
Hard copies of local restaurant menus are in the living room. It is not far from
Gabby's, Paper Mill, and Mill and Main, and Rough Cuts, popular destinations for dining.
There is no fee for access to the Sundown wild forest, which is within walking distance and parking is free. Wifi is available throughout the home.
There is a game room in the lower level.
The house has a walk out basement and a laundry room.
Sundown is on a private community road with a mixture of private homes and many high end arbnb's. Our's is the most affordable.
While the other arbnb's on our community road offer artificial deck space, Sundown boasts a deck and an actual private lawn for outdoor activities.
Sundown also has an outdoor firepit.
