Crested Butte South community is located 7 minutes from the historical downtown of Crested Butte and 12 minutes from the ski resort and hiking. Enjoy easy access to hiking, mountain and gravel biking trails, Gold Water fly fishingin the East River in the Summer and the CB South Nordic Trail in the winter. There are also two restaurants, a market and liquor shop for sundries.
This townhome has a fully equip kitchen, dining area, living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the fenced-in private back yard with access to a BBQ in the summer months, a private hot tub year round, and space to play cornhole and bacci ball game provided.
