This isn't a dated lake cottage. It's a genuinely new build, with high, lofted ceilings over the open kitchen and bonus room, custom tile showers, and two full living spaces so no one is ever fighting over the TV.
Please note: this home is attached to a separate, private single-family residence with its own entrance. That home is not part of your rental, no one from that residence will be present during your stay, and outdoor spaces are shared between the two.

Upstairs, the entire second floor opens into a shared loft living room overlooking the kitchen below, with its own coffee station, a beverage fridge, and a private balcony over the lake.

Walk down to your private dock, or follow the path to the boathouse for the kayaks and paddleboards included with your stay. 🏠 This home is attached to a separate single-family residence that is not part of the rental and is not available to guests. Your home has its own private entrance and is fully separate living space. Outdoor areas are shared between the two homes.
📉 Seasonal Note: From mid-October to mid-May (depending on lake level and weather), the lake is drawn down. During this time, the dock, swimming, fishing, and kayaks / paddle boards may not be available.
🔥Outdoor fires only in the fire pit; never leave a fire unattended.
🙅 Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee, regardless of the timing of cancellation. 100% of the total booking charges (less the $100 fee) will be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. 50% (less a $50 fee) will be refunded if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival. No refund is issued for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
