Positive: This place is awesome! Location is close to St Petersburg beaches, just about 20 minutes drive .. there is a nice restaurant at the resort.. walking distance which was great in case not liking to drive .. there is supermarkets nearby .. but most important is the wonderful host, he went above & beyond considering my request and was flexible .. the view from the balcony is magical .. there is pool, jacuzzi.. and a training room with a view on the bay & the pool The apartment is clean, has everything needed .. even beach umbrella which was a huge help for the strong FL sun during the midday I would definitely come back if I visit Tampa again :))

Negative: Nothing .. just leaving back I think Closing time for Jacuzzi & Pool area is too early „6PM“

Summary: Magical place .. wonderful host!
