There is a 1car attached garage if you arrive by car or pull your boat up to the deep-water dock. Day trip to Block Island or paddle down river for lobster rolls. Private beach access and walking distance to one of Branford's best Italian restaurants. This home is very Well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything inside from the cutlery to the couches to the beds was purchased brand new in August of 2024. The mattresses are all memory foam. All the sheets are 100% cotton.
