There is a small apartment on the ground floor that is NOT included in this listing. It consists of a 1 bedroom apartment that can be rented at certain times if the year and hosts a local woman the other times. The 1st floor apartment has a completely separate entrance and exit. The 1st floor apartment is considered a separate residence under Franklin County guidelines.
As the entry's are completely separate, there are still private places for you to enjoy on the 1st floor like a hammock, the outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, the kayaks, 2 fire pits and sitting areas. There is also 2 BBQ grill (propane) and Blackstone there. We do ask that you respect their small area and privacy as she will respect yours.
The local is a great asset to us and the house during hurricane season as well as the surrounding community.
