Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the living room offers a queen-sized pullout couch for additional sleeping space. One car garage included with access to the condo through an interior hallway. Wheelchair accessible with a secure entry and an eastern facing patio (to watch the beautiful Colorado sunrises!). Pool and tennis courts across the street, so bring your suit and rackets. Clubhouse is located across the parking lot, with a gathering space, fully-equipped workout room, sauna and outdoor hot tub. Come work remotely, visit family, or just get away and enjoy all the outdoor experiences Colorado has to offer. Walking distance to a driving range, multiple breweries, restaurants and walking trails with mountain views. We're happy to recommend activities and great places to eat; just ask!
