Welcome to our cozy unique cabin in the mountains! Situated on 5 acres of peaceful land, our cozy and charming home is the perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in nature. Located just 15 minutes from Boulder, our cabin is conveniently located right across the street from a bike and hiking trail, making it easy to explore the surrounding wilderness.
Originally built by a rock climber and craftsman in 1960, but recently remodeled in 2020.
CLOSE TO: Trailhead located directly across the street from the property.
15 minutes from boulder including the famous pearl st, University of Colorado Boulder, The flatirons, and plenty of shopping/ food.
30 minutes from Indian Peaks Wilderness, Rocky Mountain National Park, Brainard Lake Recreation Area,
35 minutes to Nederland, Eldora Ski Resort,
45 minutes to Golden, CO/ Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Estes Park.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Large room located on the first floor with a Queen bed and massive windows to enjoy the mountain views.
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a futon on the bottom with a unique mountain view and cozy feel.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with its own full bathroom and easy access to the outdoor patio.
HOME FEATURES: Inside, you'll find a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountain views. The wood burning fireplace adds a touch of rustic charm, while the smart TV and fast Wi-Fi ensure that you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.
Outside, you'll find plenty of amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. The large outdoor patio offers breathtaking views of the mountains and trees, while the fire pit and grill provide the perfect setting for a cozy night under the stars. You can also challenge your friends and family to a game of cornhole. The sheds are perfect space for bike storage if needed.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a toaster oven/air fryer, ice maker, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare delicious meals during your stay. And with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty of space for families or groups of friends.
We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including extra blankets and pillows, board games, cards, wine, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a washer and dryer.
Please note that a 4X4 car is recommended during the winter months, and there is no service in the mountains. However, our home offers fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Able to access the entire home, a walking trail on the property, ask about the climbing wall on the property, unique cabins, and outhouses throughout the land, free parking on site that can fit 4 cars if needed. Bike storage in sheds available.

4X4 cars are recommended to properly maneuver Colorado and the driveway if it is snowing.
