King master bed and bath, and king guest room and bathroom in a really great home on a golf course. Enjoy beautiful views, great walks, quick access to the town of Gypsum and Eagle, and about 40 minutes to Vail.
Feel free to use the kitchen, laundry, basement gym and garage parking.
Property is only available on days when I'm out of town, so you'll have the place to yourself :). I do have personal belongings in the master bedroom, but the guest room is exclusively set up for guest use.
The house features a main-level master bedroom with attached bathroom, as well as a main-level guest room on the opposite side of the house. The living space is nice .and open and features a large dining area, breakfast bar, and kitchen.
I don't have cable/satellite TV, but do have a host of other services such as Disney+/ESPN+/Hulu+, as well as Plex, which features about 5000 locally stored videos and dozens of entire TV series.
Guest access
Please park in the garage. The neighborhood is quiet, and this house sits in a cul-de-sac. Walking around the neighborhood is a delight, as there are often wildlife such as deer and fox.
Please avoid use of the top floor. These areas are not set up for guest use.
