We offer a very beautiful, serene 5 1/2 acre lot in beautiful Black Forest, just 20 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Movie theaters and Shops at Briargate also 15 minutes away. This is a 2000 square-foot log home with two bedrooms and two baths, also a sofa bed in living room and a queen size air mattress if needed.
Hot tub and outdoor barbecue provided for your enjoyment and convenience.
Please note that the BBQ requires propane which is NOT provided.
If the attached propane tank has any propane in it you are welcome to use it, otherwise you will have to go to the store and purchase propane.
Non-smokers only. NOT marijuana friendly.
Relax in the hot tub, letting some strong jets massage your back while you gaze up at the beautiful starry sky. It is not unusual to see a couple of shooting stars if you sit out there a coupe of hours.
Wild turkeys and deer frequently wander through the property, please do not let your pets chase them
Guests have use of MOST of the home, including hot tub and barbecue. The workshop and garage will be off-limits. This is a fully furnished house with cable TV and Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Blow dryer and Keurig coffee maker also provided. Towels, bedding and everything you’d expect from a fully furnished house included.
The nearby homes are not very close to ours, but sound carries and we have had noise complaints in the past about drunken parties, screaming children and barking dogs so please be respectful of our neighbors.
And finally, although this property no longer accepts pets, please note that the owners use this cabin frequently and have two dogs of their own.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every stay but it is important that you know this!
