Welcome to our cozy home that's located in the perfect central location! Stay cool with our brand new whole house AC! A big chunk of our home is newly remodeled with a brand new kitchen, gorgeous hardwood flooring and brand new bathrooms! We're close to everything - 20 minutes to Denver or Boulder, 10 minutes to Old Town Arvada, 5 Minutes to movie theaters, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. We are also just over an hour to amazing ski resorts.
You'll absolutely love staying in this home that has many newly remodeled areas...Our kitchen is brand new with new floors, new cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. We have newly installed beautiful hardwood floors, new bathrooms and fresh paint throughout. We are meticulous so the house is very clean and very well cared for. We love hospitality - It's one of our biggest passions and it shows in all the special touches we've added to our home for our guests. We pride ourselves in making your experience perfect! We are very centrally located - about 15-20 minutes from both Denver and Boulder and a short drive to shops, restaraunts, coffee shops, ice skating, AMC movie theater, parks, and more. If you’ve never tried the breakfast place Snooze then you must! Its a few minutes from our house and IS TO DIE FOR! Old Town Arvada is also about 15 minutes away and there you’ll find breweries, ice cream and coffee shops, and many great restaraunts. Must tries include Fuzzys Tacos, Homegrown Tap and Dough, and Scrumptious Ice Cream :)
The entire home will be accessible to guests. We pride ourselves in making our guests' stay as easy and convenient as possible. We fully stock our laundry room with needed supplies for each and every group (detergent, dryer sheets, etc). All kitchen equipment is available for use. We also provide fresh linens and towels, always perfectly clean for each group. Guests will have access to 2 garage parking spots in our huge oversized garage and 2 driveway parking spots. In addition, there is plenty of street parking. WiFi in the house is blazing fast (150mbps!) so enjoy cruising the internet while you stay! There is a 50 inch ultra high def LG Smart TV with Xfinity X1 cable.
During your stay we will be close-by and available for any needs. We are always quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Our goal is to make your stay as smooth and comfy as possible, so don't hesitate to ask us questions!
Although we love hosting groups, we don’t allow any type of event or party in our home. We are situated on a cozy and quiet cul-de-sac. For this reason, our home is best suited for families or low-key guests :)
When requesting to stay at our home please send us brief information about your trip, including who is coming in your group, what is the purpose of your travel to Colorado, and any questions you may have.
We do need to know the EXACT number of people in your group. We do not charge any per guest fees so please be honest regarding your group size :) We won’t be able to accept any reservation requests who list “1 guest” on the inquiry.
We understand you might have friends or family in the area who might stop by the home for a visit. To avoid any penalties, please let us know ahead of time if extra people will be coming to house who are not included on the reservation.
