This house has a great location, its a 45 Min drive to Estes Park which includes Rocky Mountain National Park, Ft. Collins has an amazing old town, Denver, and DIA. 25 Min drive to Boulder, About 1hr 20 min from Loveland Ski areas where you can go snowboarding or snow tubing.
We are located next to Steven Day Park only two blocks away. It has a skate park, basketball courts, Dog Park, playground, and walking trails that go for miles. We are also located just across the street from Union Reservoir where you can take our paddle boards, go fish (which are included), or just watch the sunrise or sunset. House also includes bicycles if you want to go for a stroll.
If you are visiting Front Range from out of town, this house can be a your own comfortable base for all kinds of activities or get-togethers with family and friends.
What you get:
1st Floor : Has a bedroom with a Sealy pillowtop Queen bed, a full bathroom, formal dining room, Open concept Living room with High Vaulted ceilings and Kitchen. There is huge island with Hi-Def countertops, bar seating, stainless steel appliances such as fridge, dishwasher and Gas stove. The house has a huge Concrete Stamped Patio with patio furniture, and a 5 person HOT TUB!
2nd floor: Has a huge Master bedroom with Sealy King pillowtop mattress, with 5 piece bath, a loft area for kids to play with a "craft type table" , games, and two additional bedrooms, with a bathroom in between.
Basement: Has a Movie Room with huge comfy Love Sac type couch, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Included, and blow up mattress to add extra sleeping.
We also have an office in the front of house, very private. It has its Own desk, Wifi printer and reading chair.
We have priced the house so smaller families can afford it as well as large ones. This is a huge house and it's not always that people need a house this large. The best way to look at the price is to look at your cost per person per night.
We do allow certain breeds of dogs, there is a dog park two blocks away
**we do have security cameras on premise for your safety and ours
**We do ask for check in/out times to talk to us because we have a week on and off schedule with our kids and have to coordinate with that and cleaning =)
