Completely furnished, minutes to Buckley Air Force Base and CU Medical Center. If you are in the mood for a day trip to the mountains, the loft is 50 minutes to Blackhawk Casino and 1.5 hours to Loveland Ski Resort. 30 minute drive to Pepsi Center where you can catch an NBA or NHL game.

-Amenities include fully equipped kitchen with new appliances coffee maker, quartz counter tops, washer/dryer, TV and a large outdoor balcony space. Two queen beds in each bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms.
Policies:
-No marijuana or tobacco smoking in the loft (violation will result in $500 cleaning fee)
-Please remove shoes in inclement weather
-No pets allowed
-Must be at least 27 years of age to schedule any bookings
